5. Developer & game content

Developers and studios who create game hubs, devlogs, or patch notes are responsible for the accuracy of that information. Krakkr does not verify game claims and is not responsible for third-party game content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Krakkr to harass others, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or post content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative of minors.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms, at our reasonable discretion.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Krakkr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krakkr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Krakkr after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
